This policy explains how Shooopr (shpr.ai) uses cookies and similar technologies such as browser storage. It forms part of our Privacy Policy. Shooopr is operated by Milk Bottle Labs Limited, Milk Bottle House, 8 Mount Street Upper, Dublin 2, Ireland, D02 FT59 (CRO 568068).
What cookies and browser storage are
Cookies are small files placed on your device by a website. Browsers also provide local storage and session storage, which websites can use to remember information between visits or during a visit. The rules below cover all of these.
We group what we use into two categories: strictly necessary (always on, because the service cannot work without them) and analytics (only ever used with your consent).
Strictly necessary cookies and storage
These are required to sign you in, keep the site secure, and remember basic choices while you use the service. They are not used for tracking or advertising.

Analytics cookies — with your consent only
If you accept analytics in our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics, StatCounter and Contentsquare to understand how the site is used in aggregate — for example which pages are visited and how visitors move through the site. We do not use any of them for advertising. Contentsquare runs only on the public marketing pages (such as the home, pricing, and feature pages) and is not loaded inside the signed-in application, so it does not see customer store data or diagnostic results.

If you decline, these cookies are not set and the Google Analytics, StatCounter and Contentsquare scripts are not loaded at all. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of this site. Other third-party requests
Some pages request resources from third parties. These requests are not cookies we set, but they involve your browser contacting another company, which will see your IP address:
- One page inside the dashboard requests small website icons from a Google service.
- If you accept analytics, Google Analytics and StatCounter receive basic usage data from your browser to help us understand how the site is used.
- If you accept analytics, Contentsquare receives interaction data on public marketing pages only to help us understand how visitors use those pages. It is not loaded inside the signed-in dashboard or on any page that shows customer data.
- If you subscribe to a paid plan, checkout takes place on Stripe's own checkout page, where Stripe sets its own cookies under its own cookie policy.
Managing cookies
You can change your analytics choice at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. You can also delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings — but blocking strictly necessary storage will prevent sign-in and core features from working.
